Founded by Tatiana Derovanessian, dreamliving | LA® is a full-service luxury real estate firm and lifestyle brand committed to helping each client fulfill their dream lifestyle. dreamliving | LA® represents the very best in Los Angeles Real Estate and ABD set out to make it known. Tatiana already had a beautiful existing brand: we simply elevated the brand to the next level and expanded on its foundation. We started with a crisp white and lush blue color palette, pairing it with crisp imagery of iconic landmarks of Los Angeles and all the past homes that Tatiana sold.
We paid special attention to thin enhancing details like thin lines, scale in font choice and placement, Tatiana’s own personal witty affirmations and lots of negative space in design and layout of her deliverables. The goal was to evoke a luxe brand that promoted self growth, elevation, luxury and the idea of evolution.

BUSINESS CARD
We played with the idea of enhancing brand recognition through the use of dreamliving | LA®’s iconic lush blue shade. We then began to toy with the idea of crafting “conversation pieces” with the business cards by producing multiple versions with different styles of homes (i.e. traditional, modern, mid-century) that Tatiana could later pull out at a gathering/function and ask potential clients “Which house do you like the best?” The goal was to create a warm approachable experience through the business card alone.

Tatiana requested that the blue color be used sparingly throughout all the deliverables,
so we made a conscious effort to keep to a minimum with accented and strategic use.
